Zetabi has always placed environmental sustainability at the centre of its corporate vision, aware of the responsibility to actively contribute to protecting the planet. With this aim, we have recently installed new state-of-the-art purification tanks, which allow us to recycle the water used in the washing processes. This innovative system significantly reduces water consumption, minimising the impact on the environment and promoting a responsible use of natural resources.

This investment is accompanied by a long-standing commitment: for years, in fact, Zetabi has been equipped with a large and advanced solar panel system that allows us to recover energy in a sustainable way. Zetabi's commitment to increasingly responsible manufacturing is also evidenced by obtaining GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, the leading international standard for processing textile products made from organic fibers. GOTS certification ensures compliance with rigorous environmental and social criteria throughout the entire production chain, from raw material management to processing processes, to worker protection. For Zetabi, it represents not only a certification, but the confirmation of an approach oriented towards quality, transparency, traceability and continuous improvement, in line with the high standards required by the international brands with which we collaborate.

Measuring its environmental impact is the first step in defining a concrete path for improvement. As part of its sustainability journey, Zetabi has joined the Carbon Toolkit developed by the Apparel Impact Institute (Aii), an internationally recognized tool that supports fashion companies in measuring greenhouse gas emissions. Thanks to this project, we calculated our Carbon Footprint, obtaining an accurate photograph of the CO₂ emissions generated by our activities. This analysis represents a fundamental starting point for identifying opportunities for improvement, defining concrete reduction objectives, and monitoring the results achieved over time. For Zetabi, sustainability is a path built on measurable data, transparency, and continuous improvement.
