WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes the methods for managing our websites with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who visit them. This information is provided pursuant to Articles 13 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR) in force since 25 May 2018 and of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, regarding the protection of personal data of its visitors (data subjects) and the personal information collected by the site and their processing concerning identified or identifiable natural persons.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The data collected by the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller and at some of our partners, appointed as external data processors, acting in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

Data processing related to the web services of this site may be carried out: 1) by our employees and/or collaborators in their capacity as persons in charge of processing and/or internal processors; 2) by external parties (such as consultants, hosting and cloud services, webmasters, etc.) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, appointed as external processors.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

    LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

    This site processes some personal data based on consent and some based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (correct functioning and security of the site, legal protection). By using or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data as described herein and for the purposes indicated.

    CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

    Apart from what specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data in the forms on the site, such as in the CONTACTS page. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. The user can revoke consent previously given at any time and exercise their rights through the same contact channels indicated at the end of this notice. For completeness, it should be noted that in some cases (not the ordinary management of this site) the Supervisory Authority may request information under Article 157 of the Personal Data Protection Code, for monitoring data processing activities.     PROCESSING METHODS

    Personal data are processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Browsing data are deleted immediately upon closing the browser.

    SECURITY MEASURES

    This site processes user data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, certain categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administration staff) or external parties (e.g., third-party technical service providers, consultants, hosting providers, IT companies, etc.) may have access to the data.

    TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

    This site may share some of the collected data with services located outside the European Union. In particular, with Google Analytics services. The transfer is authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union and the Supervisory Authority, particularly Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here is the information page of the Italian Supervisory Authority), so no further consent is needed. The above-mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

    RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

    As a data subject, you have the rights under Article 15 of the GDPR, namely: • The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form; • The right to be informed of: a. the source of the personal data; b. the purposes and methods of processing; c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d. the identification details of the controller, processors, and designated representative; e. the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the State’s territory, processors, or agents; • The right to obtain: a. the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data; b. the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c. certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right;
  • The right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
    Where applicable, you also have the rights under Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object).
